Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. If payment has not been received two weeks before the course date the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made with a minimum of seven days-notice to qualify for a refund or be given the option to take the course at a later date.
Cancellation with less than 7 days will not qualify for a refund unless evidence is produced that cancellation is due to an emergency.
Course cancellation
There maybe occasions that a training courses is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. On such occasions the cost of the course will be refunded in full or an alternative date offered to take the course.
